Choose the right migration pathway before you commit.
Canada, the United States, New Zealand and Australia each assess migrants differently. DSA evaluates your profile against the current official criteria, competitiveness, evidence gaps and pathway options before you commit to an application.
We assess your eligibility against the latest government criteria.

Where You Can Migrate
Four Pathways, One Honest Assessment
Each country assesses migrants on its own terms. DSA checks your profile against the rules that actually apply โ then shows you the most realistic route.

Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs and category-based selection. Canada combines program eligibility with ranking โ you can meet eligibility rules and still need a competitive CRS score, a targeted category or a provincial nomination to receive an invitation.
380,000
2026 PR admissions target
2026โ2028 plan stabilises PR admissions at 380,000 per year.
109,000
Federal high-skilled target
2026 target under the federal high-skilled economic category.
1,200
Maximum CRS score
Express Entry profiles are ranked under the Comprehensive Ranking System.
67 / 100
FSW eligibility pass mark
Federal Skilled Worker eligibility points are separate from CRS ranking.
Priority pathways
Express Entry
Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades feed the Express Entry pool. Eligible candidates are ranked by CRS.
Provincial Nominee Program
A province or territory can nominate a candidate under an eligible stream. An Express Entry-linked nomination adds 600 CRS points.
Category-based selection
2026 categories include French, healthcare and social services, STEM, trades, education, transport, physicians, senior managers, researchers and skilled military recruits.
DSA Canada assessment factors
Age ยท Education + ECA ยท English / French ยท NOC / TEER fit ยท Foreign work experience ยท Canadian experience ยท Spouse factors ยท Provincial fit ยท Category fit ยท Relatives / Canada study ยท CRS scenario ยท Document readiness
Current note: CRS job-offer points were removed on 25 March 2025. Job offers can still matter for eligibility under certain programs.
United States โ evidence readiness, not a points score

Evidence-based categories, employer sponsorship and visa availability. The U.S. does not use a single skilled-migration points system. DSA presents it as a category and evidence assessment, with visa availability checked separately through the monthly Department of State Visa Bulletin.
No single grid
U.S. selection model
Eligibility is category-specific and evidence-based, not a universal points score.
EB-1A
Extraordinary ability
Self-petition possible if the regulatory standard and final-merits review are met.
EB-2 NIW
National Interest Waiver
Requires EB-2 qualification plus the three-prong national-interest framework.
Monthly
Visa Bulletin
Priority-date availability depends on category and country of chargeability.
Pathways to consider
EB-1A โ Extraordinary ability
High-achievement route based on sustained acclaim and detailed evidence. No permanent job offer required.
Self-petition route if the proposed endeavour has merit and national importance, you are well positioned, and a waiver benefits the U.S.
EB-2 / EB-3 โ Employer-sponsored
Typically requires a qualifying U.S. employer and, in many cases, permanent labour certification before immigrant petition filing.
EB-5 โ Immigrant investor
Capital investment plus qualifying job creation. Current statutory minimums are US$800,000 for certain TEA / infrastructure investments or US$1,050,000 standard.
EB-1A evidence categories tested
National / international prizes ยท Memberships requiring outstanding achievement ยท Published material about you ยท Judging the work of others ยท Original contributions of major significance ยท Scholarly authorship ยท Artistic exhibitions ยท Leading / critical role ยท High salary ยท Commercial success in the arts
Visa Bulletin is time-sensitive: Final Action Dates change monthly and are not shown here to avoid stale figures. DSA checks the current Visa Bulletin for your category and country of chargeability at assessment. Threshold evidence is followed by a final-merits review โ meeting three criteria does not itself guarantee approval.
Three Skilled Migrant Category routes plus Green List residence pathways. Under the 24 Aug 2026 settings, your route can change depending on qualification, registration, salary, occupation-list position and how much qualifying New Zealand work experience you have accumulated.

Important. DSA provides preliminary assessment, information, document planning and coordination. Migration rules change frequently; the figures on this page reflect official criteria reviewed as at 22 September 2026 and should be re-confirmed before you act.
Where DSA is not itself licensed in a destination jurisdiction, regulated immigration advice is provided in coordination with appropriately authorised professionals: an authorised representative (Canada), a registered migration agent or legal practitioner (Australia), a licensed immigration adviser or exempt person (New Zealand), and an attorney or DOJ-accredited representative (United States). DSA does not guarantee approval and does not control invitation or visa outcomes โ final decisions rest with the relevant immigration authority.
